Encompax is designed to support governed operational intelligence. During account creation and module usage, we may process identity details, workspace setup preferences, audit metadata, and operational records needed to provide the service.
Information we collect
- Identity and account details such as name, email, sign-in provider, and account UID
- Workspace setup details such as organization, module intent, plan preference, and intake preferences
- Operational data introduced through uploads, forms, APIs, or connected systems
- Audit and security metadata such as timestamps, access patterns, and governance workflow state
How information is used
We use data to provision access, route governed workflows, maintain audit history, monitor service usage, improve onboarding, and support staged module rollout decisions.
Customer data handling
Customer operational data should only be submitted by users with proper authority. Sensitive or production-grade data should be introduced according to the customer’s internal policies and the agreed rollout scope.
Third-party providers
Authentication and hosting may rely on services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, and Microsoft identity systems. Those providers may process limited data required for secure authentication and application delivery.
Retention and review
Data retention depends on rollout stage, workspace configuration, and customer needs. Governance and audit records may be retained to preserve accountability for decisions and workflow actions.
