These terms apply to access to Encompax public sites, governed module experiences, and related APIs and workflow surfaces.
Use of the platform
You may use Encompax and connected module experiences only for lawful business activity, evaluation, or approved pilot use. You must not use the platform to bypass governance controls, misuse customer data, or attempt unauthorized access.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate identity information and for activity that occurs under your account. Module access may be limited, reviewed, suspended, or expanded based on governance, contract scope, or rollout stage.
Operational guidance
Encompax may present governed recommendations, routing signals, and workflow direction. These outputs are designed to support operations, not replace human accountability for regulated, contractual, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Data and customer responsibility
You must have the right to upload, connect, or process any data introduced into the platform. This includes spreadsheet data, database records, API-connected operational data, and documents shared during onboarding or live module use.
Availability and rollout
Some services are in staged rollout. Features, limits, providers, or integrations may change as governance, pricing, and production readiness mature.
